Returns

We accept returns for eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

• The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
• The item must be in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
• Personalized, custom-made items, and sale items are non-returnable.

How to Initiate a Return

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, we will process a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that refunds may take 7-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
• Shipping costs from the original purchase are non-refundable, except in cases where the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your item for a different size, color, or style, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are subject to item availability. You may need to pay for the shipping costs associated with the exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for the following items:

• Sale items or items purchased during promotions
• Gift cards

Damaged or Defective Items

In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at admin@va-clothings.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund, depending on product availability and your preference.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged item). In such cases, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.
